FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MINAT GENERASI Z DALAM MENGGUNAKAN LAYANAN FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY DENGAN RISIKO SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI
Abstract
This study examines the determinants of Generation Z’s intention to use financial technology with risk as a moderating variable. The independent variables include attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and financial literacy. Data were collected from 200 accounting students at five private universities in Padang using a structured questionnaire. The analysis employed multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA) with SPSS 25. The findings reveal that all independent variables significantly influence the intention to use fintech, while risk moderates only the relationship between attitude and intention. These results highlight the importance of risk perception in shaping Generation Z’s adoption of digital financial services.
