Abstract

Fiscal decentralization is a mechanism for allocating budgetary resources from the central government to regional governments to support the implementation of functions and the provision of public services in accordance with delegated authority. One of the key elements in intergovernmental relations is the financial aspect, which includes the delegation of expenditures and revenues. The success of regional autonomy implementation can be measured through the performance of regional financial management. This study aims to analyze the performance of the Bojonegoro Regency Government using regional financial ratios. The research design employed is descriptive analysis with document observation of revenue data from the Budget Realization Report (LRA) of the Bojonegoro Regency Government. The results of this study are expected to serve as a policy reference for the government in developing effective strategies to enhance the success of fiscal decentralization and regional financial performance.
