Abstract

The point of this examination is to decide the impact of Liquidity, Productivity and Venture Valuable open doors on Corporate share Choices in Property and Land sub-area organizations recorded on the Indonesia Stock Trade in 2018-2021. The subjects of this exploration were organizations in the Property and Land sub-area, the populace was 65 organizations with a period considered of 4 years and the example was 17 organizations utilizing a purposive examining strategy. Quantitative data are used in this kind of research. The information source is optional information gotten from the organization's monetary reports. The examination results show that liquidity somewhat affects corporate security choices, productivity and speculation valuable open doors to some degree affects corporate security choices. Likewise, profitability also influences investment decisions in corporate stock choices
