Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of the village financial accounting system, use of information technology, and supervision on the accountability of village funds with competency as a moderating variable. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling. The population in this research is the sub-district in Kuantan Singingi Regency which consists of 15 sub-districts with research respondents being village administrators totaling 210 people. The type and source of data used in this research is primary data, the method in this research uses a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is moderate regression analysis. Based on the research results, it is concluded that the village financial accounting system, use of information technology, and supervision influence the accountability of village funds. Competence moderates the influence of the village financial accounting system on village fund accountability. Competence moderates the influence of information technology use on village fund accountability. Competence moderates the influence of supervision on village fund accountability in Kuantan Singingi Regency.

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem akuntansi keuangan desa, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan pengawasan terhadap akuntabilitas dana desa dengan kompetensi sebagai variabel moderasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu stratified random sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kecamatan di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi yang terdiri dari 15 kecamatan dengan responden penelitian adalah pengurus desa yang berjumlah 210 orang. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi moderate regression analysis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menyimpulkan sistem akuntansi keuangan desa, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, pengawasan berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas dana desa. Kompetensi memoderasi pengaruh sistem akuntansi keuangan desa terhadap akuntabilitas dana desa. Kompetensi memoderasi pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap akuntabilitas dana desa. Kompetensi memoderasi pengaruh pengawasan terhadap akuntabilitas dana desa di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi.
